Catherine Crocket is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Catherine did her first teacher training with Erich Schiffmann at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center, in 2004. She then went on to complete her Yoga for Golfers Certification with Katherine Roberts, her Yoga for MS Certification with Eric Small, and continued her yoga education through workshops with many great teachers: Rodney Yee, Shiva Rhea, Desiree Rumbaugh, Tias Little, Matthew Sanford, and many more. In 2009 she completed her 200 hour yoga certification at Kripalu with teacher Devarshi/Steven Hartman and Priti Robyn Ross. In 2014, she completed her Yoga Warriors Certification with Lucy Cimini, at Central Mass Yoga and Wellness Center. Catherine is also a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC.
