Flayhan is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance , which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). This is Catherine's latest adventure and she is very excited. Earlier in her career she had been a school teacher for over 20 years, worked in-home ABA services with clients and their families. and taught theatre in after school programs. Outside of work Catherine loves to spend time with her family. They enjoy kayaking, nature walks, gardening, or just roasting s'mores at the fire pit. Inside Catherine loves to work out, cook, read, enrich her yoga practice, and do anything to find positivity in each day for herself and her family & friends.
