Hi Im Cate! Im a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT- with a specialty certification in Yin Yoga as well as a Reiki practitioner and sound healer Ive been practicing yoga for years but after having my last child I truly deepened my practice and experienced firsthand the transformative power of yoga especially postpartum This journey inspired me to pursue my teaching certification so I could share the healing benefits of yoga with others As a mom of three kids and three cats I understand the challenges of finding time for self-care but I truly believe in the importance of carving out moments for asana and meditation My goal as a teacher is to help others connect with their bodies and become their favorite selves on and off the mat.
