After finishing a degree in Health Sciences/Kinesiology, with a focus on Women's Health and Health Promotion, Catherine completed the RYT program at Satyaram Yoga School in 2005.
She then enjoyed teaching at Inner Insights, Dufferin Youth Services, Flemingdon Health Centre, and for the City of Toronto at numerous locations. Catherine continued her yoga education in 2009 by taking advanced teacher training at Esther Myers Yoga Studio, and studying mindfulness meditation at McMaster. Catherine's certification in Prenatal yoga and Postpartum yoga led her to a path of spiritual growth, and she was blessed to teach many expectant families. Catherine continues to lead pregnant mamas through yoga in their homes, while studio classes for all are taught at The Yoga Lounge in downtown Toronto.
