• My experience teaching as a Fitness Instructor in the strength training module, with certification obtained through the Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association (SPRA) informs my Yoga practice and classes. • I have been practicing Yoga for ten years. I successfully completed all the training requirements for The Center for Living Well 200 hour teacher training in April 2015 and am an associate member of the Center of Living Well-Canada and am also a registered RYT-200 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. In addition I am certified through Holy Yoga to teach Chair Yoga. I am also certified to teach Yin and Restorative yoga.
