Spreading the love of yoga to others is a new found heart passion of mine Yoga has not only been a journey but a transformation physically mentally and emotionally Over the last four years I have been able to be pain free and joyful finding my inner and outer strength confidence and my true self My hope is to have the privilege to guide others throughyoga and witness the joy people find through yoga I am currently going through training at Pedretti yoga studio to be a certified yoga instructor I graduate November I started my yoga journey years ago at Pedretti yoga studio I love partaking in all the challenging classes from Power Hour to Core and More I love attending workshops throughout the year to better hone in on my skills and open my mind to the plethora of information yoga has to offer I am a proud mother of four wonderful children I have been married to my awesome husband Matt for years I have been blessed beyond belief to be a stay home mom for the last ten years I am excited for my new venture to teach inspire and spread the joy of yoga to others in my community Some of my other passions in life are my faith family friends reading cooking and outdoors.
