Creating space for coming together through yoga – in breath body mind heart spirit and community – has become a devotional practice for me over the years My yoga journey began years ago while I was in graduate school and needing a way to find a way to increase both strength and relaxation in my body For many years I reaped the benefits of my physical asana practice Then years ago a radical shift in my life situation uprooted me in a profound emotional and spiritual way and my yoga practice deepened to include meditation and inward exploration My yoga journey evolved again this year as it brought me through the heartbreaking loss of a loved one to COVID This further deepened my practice and inspired me to become certified as a teacher through the Mount Madonna Institute I am honored to share the practices of yoga with others on their individual paths of transformation as I continue on mine May we walk together a while in our journeys Namaste **Satya Cathy Hutton is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training wtih a Registered Yoga School RYS.
