My job is to inspire your potential. We have an amazing capacity for change and evolution. Yoga, Pilates, Aston Kinetics, Self Myofascial Release, Meditation, Meridians & Acupressure are practices that tap into our inherent wisdom to build strength, gain flexibility, prevent injury, support rehabilitation, improve posture & function, cultivate body awareness & develop mindfulness. These systems become potent when fused with our understanding of the body’s regenerative systems, fascia, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics & psychology. Together, they support our desire to live better - train for performance, rehabilitation from injury, live a centered life, learn sustainable practices for longevity or support fertility & pregnancy.
