Birthday:01/20/1963 Occupation:Nurse since 1990 Home Practice:Jan.2009 Started practicing Yoga because I injured my shoulder.After that I became hooked. Yoga has changed me in a lot of ways. One example is that I am less stressed now. Now I take life day to day instead of trying to figure out what tomorrow will bring. I'm more mellow now. I decided I wanted to try my hand at teaching others,so I started teaching family and friends in Aug of 2012. In Mar 2013 I started Teacher Training classes and graduated Nov 2013. Now I teach for the company I work as a nurse for and I love it!
