About
I have been a Psychotherapist for more than twenty-seven years, who also became a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) with the idea of adding a yoga component to my psychotherapy practice.
I firmly believe in combining both sciences, psychotherapy, and the power of yoga, to address an array of mental and emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression. This approach could also be complementary to medication. I hold a degree in Social Work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Work, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State. Also, I take 36 continuing education credits every three years to keep updated in my area of expertise. Feel free to contact me with any questions that might arise.
