After living 24 years of feeling very uncomfortable in my own body, I found yoga and with it came a deep desire to connect with myself and how I move.
That intrigue led me to a practice that continues to settle deeper into all aspects of my life. My enthusiasm for intelligent movement and the deeper layers of this practice only grows. I am committed to creating an inclusive space for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks. This includes a continuous learning process and any corrections that are brought to my attention along the way. My classes have a light-hearted atmosphere for you to explore tuning into your incredible inner-ecosystem. Your felt sense of you-ness, mixed with some science. Odds are I’ll make up a few words in class because the english language doesn’t have enough words to describe a felt sense of inner being. I am someone who is always out exploring life and nature in a way that nourishes my soul. I am deeply passionate about creating space for humans to practice within the rad connection of community. A place that always encourages my own growth.
