My name is Tammy and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS I am a former professional athlete and a coach with + years of experience and a yoga instructor to athletes After sport I found a love for the practice of yoga Aside from my own practice I decided to continue my education through yoga teacher training I believe yoga helps bring athletic longevity increased strength and flexibility injury prevention balance and coordination improved breathing efficiency mental resilience focus and concentration body awareness and quicker recovery time to athletes I believe that aside from athletes "any" body can benefit from yoga from adults to young children I teach students of all ages but I specialize in sport.
