Yonah Yoga

I'm an outdoor enthusiast, student of life, bibliophile (lover of books), and teacher of Yoga & Meditation. Practicing yoga for over 12 years, I was finally certified in August 2017 in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga & Ayurveda, along with breath work and meditation. Yoga has saved my life in more ways than I can count, and I want to be able to share that with anyone who is ready to accept the journey of yoga. I believe with unwavering intent and dedication, any dream an individual has can come into fruition. In my free time you can find me hiking with my pups, throwing knives, or spending time in the garden.
