I attended a teacher training course through Integral Yoga and have loved teaching since 1995. I am most alive while spreading the yoga practice to each student. I teach three beginner classes at the Livonia Recreation Center and private classes at your home. I have taught for many years at yoga studios also. I have been an active member with the Yoga Association of Greater Detroit since 2002 and attend their yearly retreat for yoga teachers. I am also Reike level two certified.
