As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and someone with lived experience in long term recovery I intentionally specialize in helping people break free from addiction reconnect with their values and rebuild meaningful lives My approach is nonjudgmental trauma-informed and rooted in motivating healthy behavioral change Whether you are exploring sobriety in early recovery or seeking long term support I am here to serve as a guide I will meet you where you are and always with compassion and respect We will move at your pace explore and choose the tools that support your individual plan I use evidence based approaches including Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and I recognize the role that faith and spirituality can play in the recovery process I am also trained in a foundational branch of yoga that fosters physical healing and emotional resilience We will work together to reduce stress manage cravings set healthy boundaries and create space between triggers and responses You can expect to feel more hopeful and to find a renewed sense of control over your choices Arriving here you have already taken the first step I invite you to take the next and reach out to set a time to connect.
