I teach yoga for arthritis and osteoporosis, healthy sleep and bone density, moons.I offer a safe and nurturing space for students of yoga to follow their own journey and pathway through yoga I am passionate about making my classes accessible and inclusive to differently-abled bodies I believe that every person every body should have the opportunity to freely practice yoga and enjoy its benefits Building and supporting our community is very important to me So each yoga class that I offer includes opportunities for students to engage outside of the class through service fellowship and fun I have been teaching yoga for years and I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT experienced registered yoga teacher with over -hours of training and hours of teaching experience I am also hold the RCYT registered childrens yoga teacher and RPYT registered prenatal yoga teacher YACEP Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and Accessible Yoga Teacher credentials I have a Masters Degree in Health Promotion Management and I inspire a yoga practice that fosters overall health and wellness My tag line is "Serenity Within" to inspire the journey for individuals to discover a healing pathway for themselves to find peace comfort and calm for their body mind and spirit I completed several trainings at schools that are registered with Yoga Alliance beginning with a -hour training in the Kundalini lineage with Darshan Kaur Khalsa I furthered my studies with another -hour training with Doug Keller & Susan Van Nuys at Health Advantage Yoga Center and a -hour Advanced training with Maryam Ovissi at Beloved Yoga In addition I completed Shakta Kaur Khalsas Radiant Child Teacher Training and a prenatal teacher training I have also studied with Jivana Heyman Elise Browning Baxter Bell Tias Little Elena Brower Beryl Bender Birch Nischala Joy Devi and Erich Shifmann..
