I am a trauma-informed Registered Yoga Teacher RYT I completed the Yoga Social Justice and Leadership Hour YTT with the Prison Yoga Project I am passionate about taking a holistic approach to health and wellness supporting individuals through various life stages and seasons by focusing on balancing the mind body & soul In addition to being a RYT I also practice Reiki Level energy healing am a Registered Social Worker and am passionate about learning new tools techniques and modalities that I can offer folks to support their wellness journey! I look forward to connecting with like minded individuals!.
