Charmion started practicing and teaching yoga in 2010 to help with her personal recovery from endurance sports.
In California in 2017, she found a yoga community that opened her mind, body and spirit to true growth in all aspects of her life. When she returned to Kansas, she knew her home town deserved a yoga studio that offered that space for discovery she herself had so desperately needed, so she opened one. She currently shares the benefits of Kundalini, Ayurveda, Qigong, Hatha, Gentle and Ashtanga yoga She is a certified through Zuda in Sacramento, CA; Caroline Wybar in Maine and Yoga Farm in New York. Charmion teaches weekly at Yoga Shala East West, by guest request at Acorns Resort, throughout Kansas as part of the Smithsonian Crossroads initiative and leads local and international retreats. Charmion also leads 200 hour in-person Yoga Teacher Training that is a comprehensive experience in self-discovery through the 8 limbs of Yoga and focus on a variety of types of yoga and student's authenticity leading the type of yoga they wish to teach - or not, many students come to this program for self-discovery. She also offers online one-on-one or group sessions and/or consults for Ayurveda and Kundalini.
