Chelsea is a graduate of Shenandoah University with a degree in Exercise Science She earned her RYT- in at the Yoga Center of Columbia in Columbia MD As a fitness professional she teaches a variety of group fitness classes and is preparing for a personal training certification With years of practice Chelsea fell in love with yoga It is an exceptional tool to balance the mind body and emotions; as well as provide a blissful retreat from daily life Yoga has a calming balancing energizing and centering effect on both the mind and body It also gives us the ability to slow down feel and become more aware of the body mind and spirit Through deepening her practice Chelsea found yoga to help her discover and align with her authentic Self; and cultivate Self-love through Self- awareness Chelseas approach to yoga is to achieve spiritual and physical balance along with developing mind and body awareness Yoga is the bridge between the mind and body and Chelsea is a strong advocate for this connection She incorporates meditation pranayama and philosophy into her classes Her intent is to share the transformational and spiritual power of yoga with the world.
