Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years.
I feel that my practice has helped me grow stronger, more confident, and fearless both on and off the mat. I completed my 200RYT training in 2013 and my 500RYT in 2021. I complimented my yoga training with 120 HRS of Thai Massage training completing 80 hours in Thailand in 2016. In my classes, I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing their body, mind, and soul with yoga. My hope is that you will step off the mat and feel refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
