She enrolled with Chopra Global in 2020 and has been committed to studying to become a Chopra Total Well-being Coach Chopra Meditation Instructor Chopra Health Instructor Chopra Yoga 200-hour Teacher Through the Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening, Cheryl is also certified as a Teacher of Presence. When Cheryl is not teaching or coaching others, you will find her in nature. She finds solace and connection in the stillness of nature and enjoys recharging her batteries in the forest and mountains.
