Cheryl has been practicing yoga since With kids and living in a farming community she found that her yoga practice would sustain her through the rough next years of her life She found yoga to be the relief from emotional trauma and through the diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis and IBS and the spiritual calm that helped her move forward on a path of inner wisdom and light She has been teaching since Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS Cheryl completed hrs and registered through the Anusara School of Yoga hrs with the InTune yoga school hrs in YIN Yoga and Adaptive Yoga with Well with Abigail She specializes in alinement based therapeutic Spiritually Oriented Gentle Adaptive and Yin and Flow yoga styles.
