Cheryl is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, recognizing her completion of a Registered Yoga School (RYS) training. Her dedication to service has earned her multiple awards, including the 2023 Shevlin Foundation Hometown Hero Award for her work with Higher Ground and the 2024 Father Bill Spirituality Award from the Caron Foundation for her contributions to Recovery Yoga.
