My approach weaves together functional anatomy, physiology, classical yoga philosophy and psychology, and yoga lifestyle guidance to create a holistic path toward well-being. I draw upon traditional yogic diagnostic tools and time-honored methods to offer effective, individualized yoga interventions. I specialize in adaptive and therapeutic yoga practices, including customized programs for children, and prenatal and postnatal care. Rooted in ancient wisdom, my work fosters healing, self-awareness, and a balanced way of living through the yogic path.
