I have been teaching yoga in Hawaii and California since 2014 and love sharing this beautiful gift with students.
My background has been shaped in Ashtanga and Power style practices. I received my 200 training in a power vinyasa style and have added yoga sculpt, prenatal and HIIT to my continuing education. I currently live and teach in Maui and own a studio in Kihei that focuses on creating safe, clean, creative and an aesthetically pleasing space for the community to practice in.
