I teach Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation.
I adore teaching energetic, dynamic classes. That said, much of my work has been dedicated to the study of anatomy and use of Yoga to increase health and work with injuries. I began studying Pilates because it has a core-focus and a rehabilitative approach to movement that beautifully compliments my existing Yoga practice. I specialize in yoga for osteoporosis and pilates for osteoporosis. Additionally I Teach and Mentor in 200-hour and 300-hour Teacher Trainings at The Yoga Common.
