Chloë Bregman is completed 500 HR Yoga teacher training at Shri Kali Ashram and almost an additional 200 HR of teacher training at Yoga Tree San Francisco.
She is a practitioner of tantra studying under Segyu Choephel Rinpoche and Shar Khentrul Rinpoche. She is currently enrolled in a mediation teacher training program with Upasaka Culadasa to concentration and insight mediation as explained in his book The Mind Illuminated. Yoga is the realization of the divine non-conceptual truth. It is not mere exercise or asanas as the western world seems to relegate it to. Asanas - the yogic postures help create the conditions for the mind to rest itself in equanimous holistic bliss to realize yoga. Yoga is a profound inner transformation to realize our sacred truth. योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः ॥२॥ yogaś-citta-vr̥tti-nirodhaḥ ॥2॥ When you are in a state of yoga, all misconceptions (vrittis) that can exist in the mutable aspect of human beings (chitta) disappear. ||2|| --- Lokah Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu.
