She is a practitioner of tantra studying under Segyu Choephel Rinpoche and Shar Khentrul Rinpoche. She is currently enrolled in a mediation teacher training program with Upasaka Culadasa to concentration and insight mediation as explained in his book The Mind Illuminated. Yoga is the realization of the divine non-conceptual truth. It is not mere exercise or asanas as the western world seems to relegate it to. Asanas - the yogic postures help create the conditions for the mind to rest itself in equanimous holistic bliss to realize yoga.
