Hello! Welcome to my YA page, I’m glad you found me.
I am a yoga teacher in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. I teach at the studio where I went through yoga teacher training, YogaSix Glenview. I have been practicing yoga for over ten years and while I’m now certified, I consider myself a lifelong student. I teach how I like to practice, which feels like fluid transitions, thoughtful balance, strong engagement and movement- all unified through breath. I believe yoga is for everybody and I strive to create a space welcoming all shapes, ages, abilities and backgrounds to flow and connect mind, body and breath in a moving meditation.
