About
I completed my 200 hour YTT with Dancing Dogs Yoga in Savannah, Georgia in July of 2015.
I immediately immersed myself deeper into my personal practice and became of service for my local Dancing Dogs community in Greensboro, NC. This meant quitting my regular job to allow yoga to fully encompass my lifestyle and way of being, which opened the door to teaching and sharing my practice! I moved to Sydney, Australia in July of 2016 where I served as the full time care giver to my 1-year-old nephew. I began practicing at multiple studios and practiced with some of the greatest teachers available in the Southern Hemisphere. I taught a few weekly public classes at a local studio in Maroubra before returning home to North Carolina in December 2016. In May 2017, I received my Level 1 Flying Vinyasa certification, which is an aerial yoga discipline. I completed my 300 hour advanced teacher training program with Bodhi Yoga Academy in Costa Rica in September of 2017. This program was focused on Ashtanga, but more importantly we were given the space to discuss and live more authentically in the yogic lifestyle and critical way of thought under the guidance of world renowned teachers Sam Vetrano, Tess McDaniel, and Irene Pappas. I currently teach at a variety of studios all over the Triad and host private clients at my home studio. I am leading my first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training beginning in March 2018 for local students and teacher hopefuls.
