Aerial has provided me the opportunity to show others that this practice can be fun, safe, but challenging. I have incorporated my own “Core” flow/aspect to give the students a total body workout for that 60min in class. I really have fun practicing and have a blast assisting others experience the same. I hope the class is a fun and challenging hour. Always a pleasure seeing students return week after week. I completed my 200RYT certification in Jan 2023 & 50hr YIN certification in March 2023 where I can experience teaching and learning more with the Vinyasa & YIN Floor practice. Look forward to leading students in their practice. Became certified as a Therapeutic Sound Healing Practitioner in August 2023 and completed 15 community classes as part of that certification.
