I was fortunate enough to live in Los Angeles for years where there was/is a hotbed of yoga All hours of my Teacher Training were taken through YogaWorks I studied with amazing Senior Teachers at YogaWorks as well as elsewhere Tom Myers Carmen Fitzgibbon Paul Cabanis  Joan Hyman Alex Crow John Gaydos Lisa Walford & Tias Little to name a few  Although I am not an Iyengar teacher the two main teachers I studied with are therefore I am incredibly influenced by alignment I have worked quite extensively with bodies/people who have injuries/conditions to help enable them to do what they can to become healthy again or to learn to live with the injury/condition This has become my specialty This and working with Athletes to help prevent injury in the first place I am currently a faculty member at Whitman College teaching the student population as well as working with some of their athletic teams I also teach locally to the community of Walla Walla WA  I always have and always will continue to take workshops/trainings myself so that I can continue to be curious about my body breath and mind This translates to my teaching for others  Welcome.
