Hello, I’m Christianne, 500 E-RYT + certified somatic coach For over a decade, I’ve taught from the Hamptons to NYC and internationally sharing my signature movement meditation class both publicly and privately, have led retreats and 200 + 300 YTT trainings.
Movement Meditation is my synergistic class that pulls threads from my studies in a variety of movement and healing modalities including: trauma trained yin yoga, ashtanga/vinyasa, somatic experiencing, GaGa, psychology, yoga therapy, transformational breathwork and meditation. My intention is to empower students with the tools to listen to their body’s unique needs while forging new connections within themselves, utilizing the body as a vehicle to bring insight and harmony within and to deepen their connection to life. In addition to my role as a yoga instructor, I am also visual artist and a holistic event planner/facilitator and educator. These complementary practices infuse my offerings with joyful wonder, playfulness and curiosity that invites students to explore the depths of their beings to awaken a deeper sense of clarity and wellbeing. I feel grateful to share the wisdom that has supported my own healing and evolution and look forward to working together soon
