I am a software engineer who came to yogawhile looking for a way to move again andheal after months of difficult medicationside effects that kept me completelyinactive.
What started as a way to recoverturned into a practice that helped merebuild strength, reconnect with my body,and find peace in the process. I began teacher training with no intentionof teaching, hoping only to deepen my loveof yoga, but discovered along the way thatmy love for the practice is strongest whenI’m sharing it with others.Outside the studio, I love hiking when theTexas weather allows, reading, traveling,and finding small ways to bringmindfulness into everyday life. I live inTexas with my husband, 2 cats, and dog.
