My love for yoga began over years ago when I was starting a career and frequently traveling for work Whether across the country or at home on the weekend I found a place of peace on my yoga mat When I lost my mom in after she suffered for years from health challenges I was inspired to learn more about the eight limbs of yoga and to deepen my own yoga practice I wanted to delve into breathwork and meditation diving deeper than asana This yoga journey has been life-changing for me and I strive to share what I have learned through my own study and practice My teaching style is calm yet encouraging and I emphasize breath self-awareness and self-acceptance I am a native of Blue Ridge GA where I currently teach morning flow classes I love to teach outdoor when the weather permits I completed my RYT in December with Asheville Yoga Center Outside of yoga I work full-time time leading my local Chamber of Commerce & CVB I love to travel cook and play golf with my husband in my spare time!.
