I fell in love with yoga in college while volunteering and living at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires.
Since then, yoga has been an integral part of my daily life: physically, mentally and spiritually. My yoga journey as been one of recovey from chronic illness, while simultaneously learning the power of self-acceptance and self-care. My classes will encourage you to listen to your body, move with intention and enjoy being yourself in the moment. I focus on self-love, compassion, and relaxation as well as a good challenge to keep you growing. So many of us are living in a state of chronic stress that is slowly draining our energy, our health and our spirit. Learning to relax and slow down in your life is truly the best antidote for stress and the best way to regain control over your life. I love helping my students feel more calm, energized and in touch with their true nature. I empower my students to continue the blissful art of relaxing and yogic living at home through mediation, asana, rest and clean eating. “Tension is who you think you should be.
