Passionate about CONNECTION, Christina has received several initiations by master teachers of both the elemental/shamanic traditions as well as the yogic lineage.
She is a Keeper of the Sweat Lodge, an Intuitive, Yoga and Aerial Yoga Instructor, Yoga Teacher Trainer, Reiki Master and Reiki Teacher Trainer, Speaker, Writer and Group Facilitator, and founder of the Abhyasa Yoga Institute, RYS, for which she is the lead trainer. AYI offers both 200 and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs as well as Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. Christina is also the co-founder of the annual Live in Love Retreat on Sandy Island. Christina holds the following certifications: 250 hr Amrit Yoga, 500 hr Dharma Yoga, 500 hr Integrated Yoga, 5 year Resonance program, Reiki I, II and Master Training, Reiki Master Teacher Training, 65 hr Unnata® Aerial Yoga, as well as Advanced Unnata® Aerial and Cirque Body Aerial Certification. She is currently completing an 800 hour Yoga Certification program with Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC. Christina studied Anatomy and Cranio Sacral work with International Teacher Ellen Heed and attended a 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Rolf Gates. Influenced by many notable teachers and countless students through the years, Christina is an eternal student and lives by “Adhikara” as a guiding force for a purposeful life.
