About
I began practicing yoga in 2007 and truly fell in love with the practice after my first hot yoga class in 2010 while living in Seattle Washington.
Yoga slowly began to transform my life. The peaceful feeling after a yoga session is what kept me coming back to the mat. The results of this practice has lead me to a healthy way of eating, a healthy way of thinking, and the peaceful feeling of knowing I can breathe my way through any stresses that may arise in this life. After Moving back home to Boise Idaho I met Sallie Herrold, HMY studio owner, and felt a strong desire to enroll in the first teacher training program being offered at Hollywood Market Yoga. In May of 2013 I became a 200hr Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. Since then I also completed my advanced 300hr training with Awakening Yoga Academy led by Patrick Beach & Carling Harps in Dec. 2019 I am so honored to be apart of the Hollywood Market Yoga Family. My hope is that students come away from class feeling a deeper sense of well-being than when they came in. Namaste. I have taken trainings & Workshops from Gabriel Azoulay, Anton Mackey, Jennilee Toner, HMY Boise Crew, Sean Haleen, John Bowden, James Burton, Sareena Starseed, Satyavani Gayatri & Michael Bittner, Patrick Beach & Carling Harps...
