Christina is a RYT 500 based in Winchester, VA.
She completed her 200 YTT in February of 2020 at Shine Yoga in Winchester, VA just before COVID shut everything down, but continued to offer classes online. In June of 2023 she completed her 300 YTT with My Vinyasa Practice, and has been enrolled in their Clinical Yoga Therapy Program since September of 2023. Christina has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and enjoys sharing her love and understanding of the practice. Christina started her yoga journey as a way to help relieve tension in her body from long hours of cycling and running, but found a deeper connection of mind and body that has kept her coming back to the mat. Yoga has helped her find strength in ways she didn't know she had or needed. Christina's goal is to help others find their own balance and connection to self through yoga's teachings, and believes that yoga is for everyone.
