She is very passionate about bringing mindfulness in the classroom and has successfully brought many yoga programs to the county where she teaches. Lewin is a trauma-informed educator and yoga teacher. She also is certified in SUP yoga. While not teaching, she loves to hike and hang out in the river. She is a mom of 4 who knows what it's like to be in the trenches of motherhood and loves to inspire women and men to be their most authentic selves.
