Namaste- I am a certified Yoga Instructor and intuitive bodyworker After years of natural medical school in Portland OR followed by a year studying massage on the Pacific island of Maui Ive returned to my homeland in the Lone Star State You can now find me in the heart of Austin just North of the UT campus I aim to continue deepening my personal practice engaging in the wellness practices exploring new terrains and learning skills to fold into this life path My present offerings include personal one-on-one yoga alignment nutrition/wellness guidance Chakra clearing Ayurvedic guidance immune boosting homeopathic remedies essential oils and a plethora of other modalities Let me support you on your journey!
