I’ve been teaching yoga since 2018, creating warm, inclusive spaces where students can honor the roots of yoga while making the practice their own.
As a Buddhist practitioner, I infuse my offerings with the heart of the dharma — teachings of compassion, presence, and interconnection — inviting students to move, breathe, and rest in ways that meet their needs, always grounded in the knowing that we are already whole.I offer group classes, private sessions, corporate events, retreats, and workshops — each shaped by themes of collective care, equity, and belonging. I'm a experienced yoga teacher at the 500-hour level and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (E-RYT 500, YACEP), with advanced training in **meditation, trauma-sensitive yoga, body-positive yoga, and embodied activism.
