As an inner-city school principal, I experienced burnout. My mission is to inspire others by sharing my yoga classes and my book Lead, Love, Live. Since 2013, I have been a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
