Christine has her RYT in Integrative Hatha Yoga Since finding yoga years ago she has practiced Iyengar Hatha Ashtanga Yin Flow Kundalini Hot Yoga Vinyasa Prenatal Mommy and Baby Yoga classes She feels so fortunate to have had so many wonderful teachers who have exposed her to their lineages and their individual blended methods Her passion is the eclectic combination of these techniques mixed with a love of music and a dance background from her younger years She loves to make her classes equally fun and tranquil leaving the practitioner purified and stress free Christine Peloquin is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS.
