My name is Christine and I began my journey with yoga in 2014 after running the Boston marathon.
I found the physical practice of yoga as a way to alleviate chronic back pain and after years of practice and moving deeper into the mental aspect of yoga, I decided that I wanted to share the gifts yoga has given me. I obtained my yoga certificate and currently teach yoga yoga classes in Bucks County, Pennsylvania Namaste.
