As the owner of Chris Spiese Yoga, LLC, Christine brings her passion for yoga and mindfulness to both adult clients and students, offering a variety of transformative experiences. She leads challenging Hot Power Yoga classes, intuitive Chakra Yin Yoga sessions, and energetic YOD Yoga HIIT classes, tailoring each practice to nurture growth and balance. In addition to her RYT200 certification from Free to Be Power Yoga in New Orleans, Christine holds certifications in Kids Yoga from BIG Power Yoga Houston, 'Unstoppable' Trauma-Informed Care from the Baptiste Institute, and Levels 1, 2, & 3 YOD Certifications (Yoga HIIT) from Minnesota Power Yoga. Her dedication to personal growth extends to her role as a yoga instructor at MPower Yoga Houma, where she empowers students of all ages to achieve their fullest potential.
