Following a 30 year career as a Human Resources executive, Chris and wife Anne started Altizer Performance Partners, a unique consulting firm offering integrated, holistic approaches to develop leaders and their circles for greater personal, professional and team performance and wellness.
APP works with leaders in organizations large and small seeking sustainable ways to achieve optimal results across personal and professional domains. Chris has incorporated into his coaching and guidance key lessons from his studies in the martial arts and related philosophies, as well as lessons from several years as a diver and SCUBA Instructor. Chris blends his deep professional experiences in leadership, teams and organizational change with his deep personal experiences in fitness, awareness, recovery and mindfulness to help others discern, decide and dedicate their paths to personal and professional growth, mastery and performance. Chris is a NAUI-certified SCUBA Instructor, 5th Degree Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate and 200 Yoga Alliance RYT. He has a Bachelors Degree in History, Master of Arts in Human Resource Development and MBA from Columbia University in New York.
