My regular practice of hot-power yoga for the last 5 years has deepened and strengthened my emotional, physical and spiritual health.
It has slowed my breath, steadied my pace, healed my body, and improved my self-awareness. I am excited to teach hot-power yoga to those who want to experience these and other benefits of the mind, body and spirit. My teaching style uses a rhythmic flow to offer physical challenge while creating a safe space through the thoughtful use of language and atmosphere. My hope is that students feel guided, respected and free to make the yoga class what they need it to be in their moment of retreat.
