Christopher Tinder is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
After a couple of years of a casual practice, Chris became passionate about yoga in 2021. Chris feels a deep connection to the balance of yoga and how it improves his life. Chris completed the WVPY 200 hr. Journey Into Power teacher training in 2024. As and an active 45 year old, Chris is especially drawn to the benefits of power yoga and has been focusing on his teaching in this area. One of his main goals is to share his love of yoga by teaching and sharing what his wife calls "the fountain of youth". Chris enjoys spending time with family, traveling and hanging out with his dogs. He practices yoga everywhere he goes and he loves a good challenge.
