Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here! I am passionate about working with youth, teens and adults to help our community experience more peace in our lives.
My hope is to bring Yoga to local organizations to provide a place to reconnect our mind, body and spirit in our crazy, challenging world to improve overall physical and mental wellness. I also have a heart for our city and the organizations that assist people struggling with poverty and the mental health concerns facing our teens. A percentage of proceeds will be donated to various organizations to invest in the soul of our city. I can’t wait to partner with you through East Valley Yoga! East Valley Yoga LLC is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
