I have a passion for teaching and helping others in a non-judgmental, supportive way.
My tribe is folks over the age of 50 and my specialty is Osteoporosis. I came to know the practice of yoga from a bicycling accident that left me debilitated for several months. Both Yoga and TaiChi/Qigong helped me to regain my health. I have practiced yoga since 2005 and currently study with Master Yogi Amrit Desai at the Amrit Yoga Institute. I earned my 200-RYT in 2012 and my 300-RYT in 2020. I am also a Level III TaiChi/Qigong Instructor with the Supreme Science Qigong Foundation and completed the 10-day Vipassana meditation course several years ago. I created an online studio in 2015, teaching LIVE online group classes, private sessions and have several on demand videos.
